What is ERM?

An introduction to ERM — the all-in-one Discord bot for Roblox ER:LC communities.

ERM (Emergency Response Manager) is a Discord bot platform purpose-built for Roblox Emergency Response: Liberty County communities. It bridges the gap between your Discord server and your in-game server, giving you a unified place to manage staff, track activity, handle moderation, and coordinate dispatch operations.

Who is ERM for?

ERM is designed for ER:LC community administrators, department heads, and server managers who need more than what Discord alone can offer. If you run:

  • A patrol or moderation team that needs shift tracking
  • A department structure with ranks, rosters, and activity requirements
  • A CAD/dispatch system for roleplay realism
  • A server connected to an ER:LC private server for remote management

...then ERM is built for you.

What can ERM do?

How does ERM work?

ERM is a Discord slash command bot. Once invited to your server and configured, your staff use / commands to interact with it. All data is stored on ERM's servers and accessible through both Discord commands and the web dashboard.

Most features are modular — you enable only what you need. A small server might only use shift logging and punishments, while a larger community might run departments, CAD, and ER:LC integration simultaneously.
