Dashboard Overview
An overview of the ERM web dashboard and what you can manage there.
The ERM Dashboard is the web interface for configuring and managing your server. While most features are also available via Discord slash commands, the dashboard provides a more visual and convenient way to manage complex settings like departments, CAD templates, and role configurations.
Accessing the Dashboard
Visit dashboard.ermbot.xyz and log in with Discord. You'll see all servers where you have Manage Server permission and ERM is installed.
First time?
Your server must have had /setup run in Discord at least once before it appears on the dashboard.
Dashboard Sections
Home
An overview of your server's current state — active shifts, recent punishments, department summaries, and quick links to frequently used settings.
General Settings
Configure the core ERM settings for your server — permission roles, logging channels, prefix, and basic module toggles. See General Settings.
Roles & Permissions
Assign Discord roles to ERM permission levels (Staff, Management, Admin) and configure what each level can access. See Roles & Permissions.
Departments
Create and manage departments with rosters, ranks, and activity tracking. See the Departments section.
CAD
Configure your computer-aided dispatch system — templates, laws, units, and access control. See the CAD section.
Integrations
Connect ERM to third-party services — including your ER:LC private server. See Integrations.
Saving Changes
Most settings on the dashboard save automatically when you make changes. For settings with a Save button, changes won't take effect until you click it.
Changes take effect immediately
Configuration changes made on the dashboard apply to your Discord server in real time — no bot restart required.
