RA Requests
Manage Reduced Activity requests for department members.
The RA (Reduced Activity) module is a subset of LOA Requests for situations where a staff member can still participate but at a reduced capacity — they may be available on Discord but unable to perform all regular duties.
Configuration
Run /config and navigate to RA Requests.
Select the RA Role — this role is applied while the member is on reduced activity and removed when it expires.
Shared channel
RA submissions are posted to the same channel as LOA requests. Ensure the LOA channel is configured.
Submitting an RA Request
Use /ra request with:
- Time — Duration of the reduced activity period (e.g.
5 days) - Reason — Explanation for the reduced activity
The request is sent to the LOA/RA channel for management review.
Viewing Your RA
Use /ra view to see your currently active RA.

Active RAs only
Only active RAs can be deleted. Members with no active RA cannot be administered through this command.
