General Settings
Configure core ERM settings including logging channels and module toggles.
General Settings is the first section you'll configure after running /setup. It controls the fundamental behaviour of ERM in your server.
Accessing General Settings
From the ERM Dashboard:
- Select your server
- Click General Settings in the sidebar
Or use /config in Discord and navigate to Basic Settings.
Module Status
Each ERM module can be enabled or disabled independently:

| Shift Management | Enables /duty commands and shift logging |
| ROBLOX Punishments | Enables /punish and punishment logging |
| LOA Requests | Enables /loa commands |
| RA Requests | Enables /ra commands |
| Game Logging | Enables /game and /staff request commands |
| Anti-Ping | Enables automatic ping protection |
Logging Channels
Configure where ERM posts its log messages:

| Punishment Log Channel | Punishment submissions |
| LOA/RA Channel | LOA and RA request submissions |
Prefix
The command prefix setting is only relevant if your server uses legacy prefix commands. All modern ERM commands use Discord slash commands and don't require a prefix.
Staff Notice Channel
Optionally configure a channel where ERM posts important announcements — such as when a module is disabled or a bot update requires re-configuration.
