CAD Overview
An introduction to ERM's computer-aided dispatch system.
ERM's CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) system gives your ER:LC community a full-featured dispatch centre, accessible from Discord. It handles unit tracking, call management, criminal records, warrant tracking, and more — bringing a realistic roleplay layer to your server.
What is CAD?
In real emergency services, CAD software is what dispatchers use to manage units and coordinate responses. ERM's CAD brings that concept to Roblox ER:LC communities, letting your dispatch team:
- See which units are available, busy, or off-duty
- Create and assign calls
- Look up civilian records
- Issue warrants and citations
- Manage laws for your jurisdiction

Accessing the CAD
The CAD is accessed through the ERM Dashboard. Staff members with CAD access log in with Discord and can view the live dispatch board, update their unit status, and interact with calls.
Setup required
CAD must be enabled in your server's dashboard before it's accessible. Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations → CAD to enable it.
